Desktop DNA Printer Competition V.2

This was a partial rebuild of the last proposal - and includes a completely new set of functional parts, including the rotary plates, regent lines, and a redesigned base to accommodate the PCR well. SketchUp, Layout, Vray, and GIMP were used on this project.
